Refund Policy

Free Features

TaskPomo's core features (timer, tasks, basic stats, friends) are completely free. No payment is required to use the app.

Premium Subscriptions

TaskPomo Pro is available as a monthly ($2.99/month) or yearly ($19.99/year) subscription. Premium subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.

How to Request a Refund

Since subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google, refund requests must go through the respective store:

  • Google Play: Open Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → TaskPomo → Cancel/Refund
  • Apple App Store: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com → Select TaskPomo → Request Refund

We cannot process refunds directly as payments are handled by the stores.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally available within:

  • 48 hours of purchase (Google Play)
  • 14 days of purchase (Apple, varies by country)

After these periods, refunds are at the discretion of Apple/Google.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:

  • You keep premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your data is never deleted — you can still access everything on the free plan
  • You can re-subscribe anytime to restore premium features
