1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TaskPomo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TaskPomo is a productivity application that implements the Pomodoro Technique for time management. The App provides:

• Timer functionality for work and break sessions
• Task management features
• Productivity statistics and tracking
• Customizable settings for timer durations and alerts

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Take responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your data

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TaskPomo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. User Data

All data created within the App is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your personal data. You are responsible for backing up your data using the App's export feature.

6. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree to the display of these advertisements. The free version of the App is supported by these advertisements.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The App will meet your requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TaskPomo, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TaskPomo and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice through the App or other means.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TaskPomo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TaskPomo regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
