By downloading or using TaskPomo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of the App
TaskPomo is a productivity tool that provides Pomodoro timer and task management features. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
User Accounts
Account creation is optional. You can use TaskPomo fully offline without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
Premium Features
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund policies are governed by the respective store's terms.
Intellectual Property
TaskPomo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cryptosam LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
TaskPomo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
